Some of you may have come across Jim Rowe our Big Local Support Worker who has been helping us develop the project up to now.
As part of our new 3 year Plan we are recruiting two new members of the team to drive the project forward who you will be seeing more of around the villages.
Sarah Deeming is our Youth and Family worker. Sarah’s role is to lead the work we do with the young people in the villages especially in the running of the Youth Clubs at Arley Community centre. She is also responsible for liaising with families in our area to look at what Big Local can do to help them feel the area is an even better place to live.
You can contact Sarah on firstname.lastname@example.org , on 0793 951 0344 or via the WCAVA office.
Elaine LLoyd is our new Youth & Community worker. She will join us on October 29th to support Sarah with the youth activities and work on projects that affect the wider community. Elaine joins us from Talent Match where she was a Project Mentor helping you people aged 18 to 24 improve their lives. Elaine’s contact details will appear shortly.
Jim Rowe is still part of the project providing administration support and can be contacted via email at email@example.com or by phoning the WCAVA office.
Feel free to contact any of the team if you have any questions about Big Local or if you want to get involved in the project. We are all based in the WCAVA (Warwickshire Community & Voluntary Action) office in Atherstone.
